Group Experiences
I offer two formats—one active, one receptive. Each can stand alone or be combined.
Participatory and receptive group experiences using voice, grounded in listening, attention, and real-time responsiveness.
Group Voice Work
-
These are active, participatory group sessions where everyone uses their voice.
Participants work with simple tones—not songs—to explore how attention shifts:
internally (sensation, breath, vibration)
spatially (how sound moves in a room)
relationally (how voices meet, align, or diverge)
The emphasis is not on performance, but on listening, awareness, and response.
Each session is guided but adaptable, with a consistent focus on coordination, attention, and real-time interaction.

-
60–90 minutes
Ideal group size: 8–15
One-time sessions or series
These are active, participatory group sessions where everyone uses their voice.
Vocal Sound Bath
-
These sessions are immersive, listening-based experiences where Allegra Gilfenbaum’s voice is used to create a continuous field of sound.
Participants rest, sit, or lie down while I work with sustained tones, overtones, and shifting vocal textures to shape the space in real time.
The focus is on receiving—allowing sound to move through the body and noticing how attention shifts within a held environment.
The structure is minimal but intentional, creating space for depth and variation depending on the group and setting.
-
Those who prefer recieving/listening over active participation
Creative, wellness, or retreat settings
Anyone curious about sound as a felt, embodied experience

These sessions are immersive, listening-based experiences where Allegra Gilfenbaum’s voice is used to create a continuous field of sound.
